Reflection period/return
It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount, provided this item is excluded from the sale. For sale items you will receive the amount in the form of a voucher that you can redeem for other purchases in the webshop. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Return product
Returning a product is possible up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You can return the product with all supplied accessories in the original condition and packaging. The costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. When returning a product, you must include the returns form. You can download this here below. Returns without a return form will not be processed. Download return form The amount of the product will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after return.

Do you want to exchange your product because it does not fit? That's no problem at all! You can return the product within 14 days. Download the returns form and indicate with which product/size you want to exchange it.
