Returns Policy

Would you like to exchange or return your purchase? We are happy to help you! Exchanges or returns can be made up to 14 days after the delivery date.

To return your return, you must report it to our customer service, from there you will be helped to arrange your return. Never simply return your package without registering it with customer service, this will protect you from losing the package if it has not been registered.

- Are returns free?

The costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. When returning a product, you must include the returns form. You can request this from customer service here:

- What are the return conditions?

Returning a product is possible up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You can return the product with all supplied accessories in the original condition and packaging. If the product is no longer in its original condition, we cannot take the item back.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

 

- How long does it take to exchange a product?

Do you want to exchange your product because it does not fit? That's no problem at all! Contact customer service and clearly indicate that you want to exchange your items. Customer service will take care of the rest for you!

You will receive a shop credit immediately after arrival so that you can order the product free of charge via the site at an accelerated pace. Exchanges are free!

 

- What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?

Ask the customer service team about the options. We will give you an update when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already made your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a resolution.

 

- What should I do if a product is defective or damaged?

We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Send a message to klantenservice@richesseclothing.nl with a photo of the complaint. Please clearly note your order number & your name, so that we can serve you even faster! Our customer service team will work with you as soon as possible to find a solution.

 

- How long does a refund take?

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving the return package in our warehouse, we aim for a processing time of 14 working days. On the track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your bank.

  

- Wrong shipping address?

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you
